What did you do this weekend that got you physically moving and could be considered fitness or exercise?
I went on a 7 1/2 mile hike in Yosemite National Park on Friday. I rode my biked 10 miles and hiked 3 miles on Saturday. I ended my weekend by riding my bike 60.5 miles with a friend.
